Each person enters it on the payment screen at lucentgrid.com/labs — it unlocks full access instantly, free of charge to them. Each use counts against your seat limit.

The code stops accepting new redemptions and shows a message telling the student to contact their organisation coordinator. Existing users who have already redeemed the code retain full access. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any point by contacting us — we'll issue a new code with the expanded seat count.

A partner code gives your organisation 6 months free before your annual subscription begins — you won't be charged until the trial ends. They're available to eligible organisations including Job Corps centres, public schools, nonprofit training programmes, and community colleges. Fill out the request form above and we'll review your application within 1–2 business days.

Yes — all labs run in the browser with no installation required. Students need a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) and an internet connection. Labs are optimised for desktop but accessible on tablets.

Your Stripe subscription auto-renews annually. We'll send a reminder email 14 days before the renewal date. If you cancel, the voucher code stops accepting new redemptions at the renewal date, but existing users retain access until the code's expiry timestamp.

Yes — many educational institutions require a purchase order or invoice rather than a credit card. Email us at contact@lucentgrid.com and we'll arrange manual invoicing for your procurement team.
